On behalf on a top global financial services conglomerate. I am seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to join the team and support the financial reporting function focusing on private equity fund for their clients.
about the job.- Prepare various financial deliverable, including call/distribution notices, management accounts, carry waterfall calculations, quarterly reports, capital account statements, and audited financial statements, in close collaboration with the fund administrator
- Assist the Finance team in managing the fund's credit facility.
- Work with external tax advisors and the internal tax team to ensure tax compliance and evaluate the tax efficiency of the investment holding structure across various jurisdictions.
- Support the quarterly valuation process by liaising with the independent valuer, deal team, and other Finance team members to address queries from the Valuation Committee.
- Handle investment-related queries and requests from investors, and assist the team in responding to due diligence questionnaires, particularly during the fund raising process.
- Prepare presentation materials for investor meetings and the Annual General Meeting, as well as undertake any other ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Degree of Accounting or Finance or equivalent discipline
- CPA qualified or an equivalent level of expertise
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fund administration, nontraditional asset management or accounting
- Strong understanding of the regulatory framework and financial reporting requirements for alternative investment funds based in the Cayman Islands
